What we collect
Only what you give us in the form: the reason for your enquiry, your phone or email contact and, if you choose to fill them in, your name and a message. Nothing else.
What it's for
Solely to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not combine it with other sources and we do not pass it to third parties.
Legal basis
Because you contacted us asking for information, which constitutes steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as the enquiry is active and up to 12 months afterwards, after which it is deleted.
Visit counting
We record how many times each page is opened, with no data that could identify you. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to it. Write to info@ser-ra.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
